Dashboard Overview
The Urumi dashboard is your central hub for managing all your WooCommerce stores. From here you can create new stores, monitor their status, and access all management features.
Main Dashboard
When you log in, you'll see the main stores page showing all stores you own or have been invited to collaborate on.
Dashboard Elements
| Element | Description |

| Welcome Header | Displays your name and remaining store credits |
| Create Store | Button to create a new store (requires available credits) |
| Migrate Store | Import an existing WordPress/WooCommerce site |
| Store Cards | Grid of all your stores with status indicators |
| Pending Invitations | Collaboration invitations waiting for your response |
Store Cards
Each store is displayed as a card showing:
- Store Name - The name you gave your store
- Store Slug - Used in your store's URL
- Status Badge - Current status (Active, Provisioning, Inactive)
- Role Badge - Your access level if you're a collaborator
Store Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Store is running and accessible |
| Provisioning | Store is being set up (usually takes 1-2 minutes) |
| Inactive | Store has been paused |
| Suspended | Store access has been restricted |
Store Credits
Store credits determine how many stores you can create:
- Credits are displayed in the header: "X credits remaining"
- Unlimited credits - Some accounts have unlimited store creation
- Creating a store uses one credit
- Collaborated stores don't count against your credits

Navigating to a Store
Click on any store card to open that store's management page. You'll be taken to the Urumi AI assistant by default, where you can ask questions about your store or navigate to other features using the sidebar tabs.
Collaboration Invitations
If someone has invited you to collaborate on their store, you'll see a Pending Invitations section at the top of your dashboard.
- Review the store name and who invited you
- See the access level being offered (Viewer, Editor, Admin)
- Click Accept to gain access to the store
Once accepted, the store will appear in your stores list with a "Collaborating" badge.
