Domain Management Overview
Connect your own domain to your Urumi store for a professional, branded experience.
Default Domains
Every Urumi store comes with default domains for each environment:

These default domains are always available and work immediately after store creation.
Custom Domains
For Production environments, you can connect your own custom domain (e.g., www.yourstore.com or store.yourcompany.com).

How Domain Connection Works
The domain connection process involves three stages:
- Enter Domain - Specify the domain you want to connect
- DNS Validation - Add DNS records to verify ownership
- Activation - Add final CNAME and activate the domain
Accessing Domain Settings
- Navigate to your store from the dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Domains from the settings menu

Recommendation
We recommend using a subdomain like www.yourstore.com or shop.yourstore.com for easier DNS configuration.
SSL Certificates
All custom domains receive automatic SSL certificates:

- Automatic - Provisioned during domain activation
- Auto-renewing - Renewed automatically before expiration
