Site Management
Learn how to manage your store, invite collaborators, and configure access levels.
Store Detail Page
Click on any store card to access its management page. The store detail page includes:
- Header - Store name, status, and quick action buttons
- Sidebar Tabs - Navigate between different features
- Main Content - The currently selected feature
Available Tabs

Site Collaboration
You can invite team members to collaborate on your store with different access levels.
Access Levels
| Level | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Viewer | View store details and status only |
| Editor | View and make changes, deploy to Development |
| Admin | Full access except ownership transfer |
| Owner | Complete control including deletion |
Inviting Collaborators
- Navigate to your store's settings
- Go to the Team or Collaborators section
- Enter the email address of the person to invite
- Select their access level
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person will:
- Receive an email notification
- See the invitation on their dashboard
- Be able to accept or decline
Managing Team Members
As an Owner or Admin, you can:
- Change access levels - Upgrade or downgrade permissions
- Remove access - Revoke a collaborator's access
- Resend invitations - For pending invitations that weren't received
Access Changes
Changing someone's access level takes effect immediately. Removing access will prevent them from seeing the store on their dashboard.
Quick Actions
From the store header, you can quickly:
- QA - Open your QA environment for testing
- Development - Open your Development environment
- Production - Open your live production site
- Magic Login - Get auto-login URLs for each environment
Store Health
The store detail page shows health indicators for your site:
- Status - Whether the site is active and responding
- Environment - Current environment (Production/Development/QA)
- Site Type - WordPress/WooCommerce or Custom
Environments
Each store has three environments:
| Environment | Purpose |
|---|---|
| QA | Quality assurance and testing |
| Development | Active development and pre-production testing |
| Production | Your live customer-facing site |
Environment Workflow
Develop and test changes in Development, validate in QA, then deploy to Production when ready.
